Applications
Flexible, shielded, designed for robotic systems, automatic loading and unloading equipment and for mechanical devices without special movement. The special cable structure and high-quality components enable the cable to achieve high bending radius and torsion cycle requirements within a long service life. It can be used in areas where there is corrosive mineral oil leakage and where the cables need to withstand high mechanical stress. The PUR outer sheath is tear and abrasion resistant.
Product structure
Conductor: finely twisted strands of thin bare copper wire into bundles.
Insulation: TPE core wire insulation, the color of the core wire is in accordance with DIN 47100. Cores larger than 0,5 mm2 are black with continuous white numbers.
3 cores and above include green and yellow protective grounding wires. The core wires are twisted into bundles and laid in layers, with special core wires wrapped around each layer.
Sheath: PUR outer sheath, anti-ultraviolet, non-sticking, flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms.

The color of the outer sheath is black (RAL 9005).
